Defensive course for women

We offer training to equip women and help them prepare to survive a situation that could possibly change their entire life should they fall victim to criminal acts of violence. This equipping will enable them to sustain the least amount of damage to their personal dignity and integrity.

We also urge employers of members of this group of society to carefully consider the aftermath of such a traumatic event. The psychological effect to both the victim and colleagues, the detrimental publicity to their businesses, the temporary or permanent loss of competent and skilled people, the redistribution of the absent person’s workload, the direct costs of medical and trauma care and litigation, the time spent in the criminal justice process with the police and courts, are just some of the consequences. In such a case it is highly likely that the courts will also determine if there is any employer liability in possibly failing their workforce in not having taken reasonable steps to ensure the personal safety of that employee.

It is our experience that just as success does not happen by mistake, neither does surviving a violent criminal encounter.

Most businesses and corporates with vision plan to succeed and leave the least amount to chance ………….
